Hello, my name is Valérie!

During a vacation in Tuscany in 2020, I visited various wineries. There I discovered not only a passion for wine, but also the stories behind every bottle. Each winery had its own story: about the grapes, the soil, and the way the wine was made, and that fascinated me enormously.

That curiosity never left me. I wanted to know everything about wine and therefore pursued education where I earned my three WSET certificates with distinction. There I learned about the richness of grape varieties, wine regions and styles, and how you can recognize those differences in your glass.

With Sip&Story I want to share that passion and knowledge. I’ll guide you in how to learn to taste, what to pay attention to, which aromas you can discover, and how those flavors find their origin. But most importantly: I want to make my enthusiasm contagious and inspire you to discover for yourself.
